Downloading Bids as a PDF
Once your bid is finalized and you're ready to present it to a client or for internal review, Jaket makes it easy to download it as a professionally formatted PDF. Here's the step-by-step process:
Steps to Download Your Bid as a PDF:
Navigate to the specific bid you wish to download within Jaket.
Click the DOWNLOAD button found in the top right corner of the screen.
Choose the Appropriate PDF Template:
Navigate to the Bid within Jaket.
Click the ADVANCED button found in the top right corner of the screen.
Select the appropriate template from the Template dropdown menu.
Jaket offers several PDF templates to cater to different presentation needs. Select the one that best fits your requirements:
AICP Post Cost Plus: The standard AICP Cost Plus bid template.
AICP Post Cost Plus - Omit Actuals: Standard AICP template with an Actuals column, but all actuals will display as $0.00, irrespective of the costs added in Jaket.
AICP Post Firm - No Actuals: Similar to the standard AICP Cost Plus template but without an Actuals column.
AICP Production: A simplified version of the AICP Production bid form.
AICP Production - Omit Actuals: A simplified AICP Production form with an Actuals column, but all actuals will display as $0.00, irrespective of the costs added in Jaket.
By following these steps, you can easily convert your carefully crafted bid in Jaket into a professional and standardized PDF format, ready for sharing and presentation.
