Adding Dates to Bids

Key Project Dates and Bids

Key project dates can be added directly to bids in Jaket. Dates communicate important milestones to your client and are visible on the summary page of the Bid PDF. Each Date is represented by an Event. Events store the following data:

  • Label - This is the title or name of the event. It should be descriptive enough to convey the essence of the event at a glance.

  • Start and End Dates - Specify the duration of the event with a starting and an ending date. If the event spans multiple days, both fields will be utilized.

  • All Day Event - An event can either be hourly with a specific time slot or an 'All Day' event.

  • Location - Assign a location to the event from the drop-down menu.

  • Users - Add users to this event. Once added, these users will find the event reflected in their personal timeline view.

  • Notes - Add any additional, relevant details about the event.
