Deliverables in Jaket

Deliverables are the end products or assets that you will provide to your client upon project completion. In Jaket, Deliverables help track and manage your workflow. Each Deliverable stores the following information:

• Label - The Label is what you'll use to refer to the Deliverable internally and externally. Typically, this could be the name of the commercial spot, script, or any other project component.

• Run Time - The Run Time specifies the duration or length of the Deliverable.

• ID - Each Deliverable has a unique ID for tracking purposes. This could be an industry-standard AD-ID, an internal tracking number, or an ID generated by Jaket based on the project ID.

• Traffic To - In the Traffic To section, you can provide details about where and how the Deliverable should be trafficked upon completion.

• Notes - The Notes section is available for any supplementary details that need to be associated with the Deliverable.

• Status - Status tracks the Deliverable throughout the production process. Jaket includes the following status options: Bidding, In Progress, In Edit, In Finishing, Approved, and Delivered.

Use the Calculator icon next to the ID field to auto generate a unique Deliverable ID.

Deliverables that are part of Bids will be included in the Bid PDF, ensuring all details are communicated transparently and effectively.

How to add a Deliverable to a Bid

1. In the Bid view, tap the carrot icon in the upper right corner to expand the Bid Details section.

2. Click the plus icon under the Deliverables section to start adding a new Deliverable.

3. Enter all the relevant information for the Deliverable and then select ADD.

When a Bid is awarded, all associated Deliverables will be automatically transferred to the associated Jaket.

Rearranging Deliverables on a Bid in Jaket

Organizing the deliverables in your bid to reflect the priority or sequence of project execution can be crucial for clarity and efficiency. Jaket makes it easy to rearrange the order of deliverables on a bid with a simple drag-and-drop interface. Here’s how to do it:

1. Hover your cursor over the deliverable you want to move.

2. Use the grip dots located on the right side of the deliverable. Click and hold these grip dots to ‘grab’ the deliverable.

3. With the deliverable ‘gripped,’ drag it up or down to its new position in the list.

4. Release your hold on the deliverable. The new order will be automatically set once you relese the grip dots.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage the order of deliverables in your bid on Jaket, ensuring that they are organized in a way that best suits the flow and requirements of your project.
